The Monterey County Health Department has a "Drinking Water Protection Services" Program.  The part of that program I'm familiar with is related to Well Water in Monterey County and I believe that is their only major focus, based on the youtube video found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8m3Ibq0__0  .  ( or access my copy here

Should well water from areas surrounded by commercial farms subjected to toxic fertilizer and chem trails ever be consumed without filtering?

No. Not at all. Not if it can be avoided one of several ways.

Can well water be consumed without filtering?

Yes people did it for years and decades and they still could/can, but it's no longer advisable.   When they did it before we had a lot less known commercial carcinogens and no chemtrails though.

Should Monterey County or any California County care about monitoring well water for human "drinkability" straight from the ground ?

No. Absolutely not.  They should issue a bulletin stating that well water from Monterey County should only be consumed after filtration given various risk factors.

They should then indicate which contaminant are most common, what filter are required for each contaminant, and where they can get their water tested to make sure they select a proper filter if they'd like to filter their own water.

Should Monterey County or any California County care about monitoring well water for contaminants?

Absolutely.

If  livestock is being raised for food and it is drinking well water, it would make sense to monitor what my be getting consumed by  the animals.

If there are contaminants that can be absorbed by teh skin on contact that would be important to monitor.

It would also be a good idea for purposes of monitoring for possible pollution by Corporate and independent farmers and their fertilizers and/or chem trail purveyors.

It would also be needed to know what type of filters to recommend  to  residents who want to drink their  well water instead of buying filtered water in one form or another.

So why exactly are Monterey County citizens paying $112,000 per year to employ Cheryl Sandoval to monitor well water for drinking purposes?
